Theme: Love and Discipline

On the one hand our emotions,and subconscious are cold and ambitious because the Moon is in Capricorn for a few days. On the other hand Venus is uniting with Neptune for the next week. This enhances our love and idealism. The Sun is also harmonizing with Jupiter which makes us lucky in our endeavors. The only danger is that we may idle our time away, just enjoying the good feelings, instead of making the most of positive opportunities.

Theme: Checking connections

There is more focus on your close partnerships today. Venus, the planet of relationships, is moving away from the confines and boundaries of Saturn towards the more idealized, romantic tendrils of Neptune. However, Venus conjunct Neptune is also productive for meditation and contemplation. It’s not a big decision-making today but it is a day to nurture and heal yourself and your relationships.

Theme: Count to ten…

Mercury is opposite Mars for the next few days so you’re more likely to speak before thinking. To help with your reactivity count to ten if you are having a reaction to what someone said or did. The Moon is in Scorpio which bestows resilience; it also means emotions are more hidden so the underlying causes of peoples motivations are harder to discern. The Sun is edging away from Pluto and Venus from Saturn, loosening restrictions.

The Sun is exactly conjunct Pluto today so expect more challenging news. Theme: Counterbalance

With the Sun transiting Pluto, an annual event, there is an intensity and sobering quality to the day. Forcible change is one facet of this transit, forcing a change that can ultimately lead to transformation if the situation is harnessed for good at a societal level. In other words it’s what one does in response that matters most. The Vertex is between these two planets signifying a fated or karmic quality to this aspect, including important destined relationships. Theme: Loving with Restrictions

The union of Venus and Saturn in Pisces is at a peak today. Practical considerations limit our connection with others. At the same time the Sun moves into Aquarius in the afternoon. This adds to the effect of Pluto in Aquarius. This combination indicates a tendency to overthrow or destroy humanitarian values. It will be some years before those values regenerate and will hopefully be new and improved.

Theme: Pluto

The Sun unites with Pluto for several days now. We will have deep visceral experiences. It is a good time to repair things. But beware of the tendency to control or be controlled by others. Theme: Double dose

Mars is opposite the Sun and Pluto. On the one hand there’s a real possibility of cutting through obstacles. On the other hand, situations can get inflamed. The offset is the sign of Capricorn which is naturally conservative and practical , meaning there can be containment of the worst effects of conflict. At an inner level it’s beneficial to work with how you deal with conflict, power struggles and anger.
