Theme: Stabilizing your Mind

Today is full of challenges around changeable, conflicting energy . This too shall pass. Avoid getting caught up in the ‘washing machine’ of feelings and thoughts that can surface today. There is a stabilizing force with the planet of cause and effect – Saturn – acting as an anchor on the above.  Stay the course and don’t flake out. Taking the opportunity to meditate, even if it is difficult today will bring good result.
