Confident, enthusiastic and aggressive emotions predominate.  Feelings of invincibility encourage enthusiastic forward movement.  Oddly enough, a group may vote down the best ideas or recommend “let’s think about it.”  Feelings of anger can flare when a wonderful idea is put on hold.  Think carefully about the objections, make a few concessions, don’t insult anyone, and the project is back in the works.  Excitement! Be extremely cautious about the two extremes of either talking obsessively or else refusing to speak.  State your case and stop talking.  It’ll work out.
