Theme: Nice to meet you

With Mars moving into Libra today, the “me first” planet is frustrated to have to put others before him. But that is Libra’s style. So our Mars energy will be challenged for several weeks now. The middle third of the day will be more positive as Jupiter adds generosity to our spirit. In the evening sparks could fly if we don’t keep our patience.

Theme: Creative and ambitious

The asteroid Pallas-Athena unites with Mercury today giving us new found creativity. The Moon is in Capricorn for a few days which fosters ambition. Can we still be warm and nurturing to others? With so many planets harmonizing in earth signs there is an an ease in working on practical matters. Be aware of the changes that are happening on a global level. Take the opportunity to make changes now when times are easier.

Theme: Transform your life

As Pluto and Mars continue to be in close harmony this flow of energy supports making positive changes. At the same time Neptune is draining our energy a bit and can contribute to deceitful action. Besides Mercury four other planets are retrograde. Generally, this is a time for research and finishing old projects. The time of year for starting anew is the upcoming winter and spring.

Theme: Making space

With Venus exactly squaring Jupiter coupled with the waxing moon this transit is peaking. This transit marks a very busy, growing and explorative time. You revisit your values and review the dynamics of your relationships with others in order to grow and expand. It’s not a straightforward process as you need to make space for these impending changes, and your plate already feels full. Mars exactly opposes Neptune today weakening boundaries and making you more prone to fatigue. It’s not the right time to act but it is the right time to reflect and examine.

Theme: Grasping the nettle

There are lots of opposition aspects at this time, where planets, asteroids and other significant points oppose one another. This can feel like everything is coming from outside you – events not of your own making determine your course. The reality is more complex if you can see the mirroring effect whereby outer events reflect back to us an internal reality. It is very beneficial to work with calming your mind and opening your heart in these circumstances. The Moon moves into Scorpio today which provides a different kind of opportunity to grasp the nettle of difficult emotions and find resilience in difficult times.

With a grand trine between Mars, Pluto and Uranus you can expect seismic shifts as the warrior energy of Mars seeks to find a way to keep the channels open sufficiently to allow for unimpeded transformational change heralded by Pluto and Uranus.
