Theme:  As Above, So Below

On an outer level the transits today can bring about discordant communication due to obsessive views and desire to coerce or be coerced by others. Drive, ambition and power are at play with Mars and Pluto.
These transits used inwardly develop penetrating insight into mind through meditation and reflection, bringing light to hidden transformative energies. As always it’s up to us how we use our day; awake or asleep.

Theme:  Beyond Self

The Moon has moved into Libra bringing a sense of fairness and objectivity. It’s now possible to see all sides. Just so long as you don’t become indecisive, you can bring harmony and balance to relationships.
Sun and Jupiter merge bringing potential to expand beyond self becoming one with something bigger than oneself. Otherwise you can get trapped in your ego and the need to be recognized.

Theme:  2 Sides to Everything

There are always two sides to a coin and today the lunar transits stimulate two very different feelings. On one hand you will feel introspective and want to be alone, possibly even take time out for a meditation retreat.
With Uranus and Venus in harmony with the moon you will also feel excitable wishing to socialize with others. There’s a strong urge for spontaneous change but with the Virgo moon bringing analytical analysis to bear, the potential is there to transform through inner change.

Theme: Free flowing ideas

Ideas flow freely with Mercury trine the Moon today. It’s easier to hear what others are saying, express your feelings, and feel heard. The Moon is also square the Sun which produces tension, and this yet offers another kind of opportunity in finding new ways to express yourself and break from old emotional patterns. Jupiter exerts its influence on both the Sun and Moon offering glimpses into expanding your horizons and concept of self.

Theme: Squaring the circle

The Moon squares a potent group of planets today – Venus, Uranus, Sun and Jupiter – who are in turn bouncing off one another. So it’s a powerful, and emotionally deep day in many ways. It helps to find time for reflection and contemplation in order to understand how you are being pulled in different directions and how, in turn you can find your center. Pluto has begun to go retrograde for the last time this year so those with planets in early Aquarius/late Capricorn in particular will have an opportunity to integrate this intense, yet transformative time.

Theme: Testing, yet freeing times times

With the Sun and Uranus still in a very tight conjunction you get a better understanding of freedom and it’s ingredients. The pressure Uranus exerts on the Sun asks for some self-sacrifice and separation, and in that process you develop a better understanding of how freedom is linked to change, and visa versa. It’s also a good time for dealing with electrical issues and projections requiring precision. The Moon in Leo invites creativity, play and how you express dignity into your daily life for the next couple of days.

Theme: Raw Emotions

The moon moves into Cancer today, a nurturing sign that rules the home or sense of home. Mars is square the Moon which can bring strong emotional reactions and the potential for disputes. Rash action could result in harm to others.
Sun conjunct Uranus may bring sudden events that challenge our flexibility. There is an electric excitement that strives for freedom and pushes back at restrictions imposed. Hopefully the Cancerian Moon will soften the energies of the day.

Theme:  Open Mind, Open Heart

With Moon square Neptune your sense of reality may be challenged, bringing feelings of the dissolution of “self “ or ego. Negatively that can be experienced as paranoia; someone is trying to “get you “.
If you are open to spiritual and psychic sensitivity you may experience a deepening compassion and empathy for others. Neptune is a higher vibration of Venus bringing a less personal love and more a humanitarian stirring due to understanding the suffering of others.

Theme: Quickening

With the new Moon in Gemini transactions, communications and short-distance travel speeds up. Conversation is easier but not necessarily deep. Boredom is the enemy of Gemini energy so activity generally is on the cards. Saturn squares the Moon providing emotional bumps: try not to withdraw from others but self-examine the causes of feeling separated. The Sun and Venus in Taurus continue to provide a steadying influence.
