Theme: Nurturing others

Expressions of generosity and giving back are themes for today. It’s a good time to work in groups to nurture the wider community through innovative schemes that provide the necessities of life whether it’s food, clothing or housing. It can be a simple as getting donations to where they are most needed. Relationships are uplifting but physical energy is lower than usual. The world that we objectify is a mythical and dreamlike existence, but it still has rules.~Elizabeth Mattis-Namgyel

Theme: Transforming the load

With Saturn and Uranus in a close square with one another it’s still a time of tension between structure and de-structure – between form and transforming – following a well-worn path or moving into new territory. Normal pathways are disrupted. But today there is some relief with the Moon sextile the Sun providing an inner harmony and strength. Theme:  Dealing with old wounds 

Now is the time to be receptive to old wounds and traumas in relationships. Are we engaging in co-dependent relationships because we know no other way? Do we have limited narratives on our “brokenness “ and feelings of inadequacies that keep us stuck in negative patterns of relating to others? Take time and explore gently how to move forward and heal old wounds. The first step in dealing with feelings is to recognize each feeling as it arises. The agent that does this is mindfulness.~Thich Nhat Hanh

Theme: Counterpoints

With Mercury in its home sign of Gemini some of the communication deficits that occur under Mercury retrograde are offset. Still, you have to work harder at being understood and your words can be turned against you. With Saturn in challenging aspect to Uranus there is continuing volatility in maintaining freedom.
