Theme: Fortitude and Support

The grand trine between Saturn and the Sun continues to offer a silver lining: when fortitude, perseverance and diligence are applied good outcomes result. The Sun moves into Scorpio today bringing emotional depth and the ability to transform one’s view into play. It’s a good month to conduct investigative research and deal with shared resources. The Moon squares Uranus bringing feelings of separation to the fore, for a time.

Theme: Discipline

The Sun trine Saturn for several days which brings discipline and self control into our lives. This is an excellent time to get things done that require these qualities. The testing that can come from adversarial forces continues at the same time. The Moon has entered Aquarius for a few days. Our minds turn more towards progressive and humanitarian themes. 4 out of the last 5 planets are still retrograde indicating that more is changing internally than externally now.

Theme: Tested

We are tested today by significant forces. Do we need to let go of habit patterns that are not working for us? This can be a powerful experience of being purged. Authority figures will also test if we have handled our responsibilities correctly. There is still the positive combination of Venus and Jupiter benefiting our relationships. In the evening, however, more tension will come to the surface.

Theme: Subjective

This is the peak day of the Sun and Mercury united. The effect will continue for several days. It is more difficult to be objective now, as our thinking a purpose are so aligned. It is an especially good time to listen to other’s view points. We are also feeling good because Venus is harmonizing with Jupiter during this several day period. This is a nice time to enjoy the company of others, just be careful of overindulgence: food, drink and spending.

Theme: Indeterminate feelings

With Neptune square the Moon you will feel an underlying lack of focus if you have to perform in the so-called-real world. However, if you take time out to reflect and slow down it can be a rewarding time and instead of feeling exhausted you could feel rejuvenated. Elsewhere in the cosmos there are good aspects between a number of planets enabling you to bring focus and diligence to matters at hand.

Theme: Testing relationships

Theme: Reckonings

With the Sun exactly conjunct the south node it’s a time when past causes and conditions catch up with you – and it’s a mixed bag. Sometimes going in the opposite direction, away from your comfort zone can prove the most rewarding step. The Moon moves into Sagittarius today bringing the winds of promise to a bitterly divided world. If we can make friends with ourselves we can make friends with our neighbors.

Theme: Finding Peace

Generosity and giving are keys to creating the causes of harmony and peace today with the Moon in good aspect to Ceres, an asteroid which thrives when we tend to those in need, including the guardians of the earth, Indigenous peoples. The Moon in good aspect to Venus invites us to give rise to a compassionate heart in the face of suffering. Theme: Irritable

The Moon unites with Mars, especially in the middle of the day. We can lose perspective and fly off the handle about anything important to us. We tend to be impulsive and irritable. On the positive side we can take more initiative than usual, and won’t back down from a needed confrontation. We have extra discipline, especially in the first half of the day. And our mood softens by the end of the day.

Theme: Eclipse: 21 degrees Libra

The stakes are high today, both astrologically and karmically, with the Solar Eclipse coming at 1:56 pm EDT. Can we think and act with an humanitarian motivation? This eclipse will effect each of us in different ways, but will be particularly oriented towards our close relationships. Be patient and kind today. For a few more days Mars trines Saturn, which gives us extra ability to do difficult, exacting work.
