Theme: Wild Fires

The intensity of this time, not just today, cannot be understated. There is an ongoing conjunction of Mars, Uranus and the North Node which is affecting all of us globally and most of us personally. These 3 are square to Saturn ongoing also. Today Moon and Mercury are conjunct also and opposing Saturn and square the other 3 to form a double T- square. The Moon in Leo can provide the fire to expressing what we really feel– and due to Saturn– have been holding back. As the frustration has been mounting, Uranus/Mars can bring about sudden outbursts of anger and will definitely bring change, but maybe not what we bargained for. Accidents are highly likely under these transits. Be careful and stay safe.

Theme: Transforming Anger

The transit today of Mercury square Mars is difficult to navigate. Communications with others could be challenging. Either or both of you loudly proclaiming strong beliefs that can be met with strong resistance and potentially result in arguments. Even if not between people, you may experience a pent-up rage. But be careful, because if you don’t deal with it mindfully there is a real potential for accidents due to reckless behavior.

Theme: True Change

Sun is in the last minutes of Cancer opposing Pluto in Capricorn and requesting we change on a personal level. With Mars starting to conjunct Uranus we are feeling the build up of tension and frustration as we look to change to come externally, particularly related to our values. That may be climate change, women’s rights or about institutions needing to change, but true change must come for each of us individually to bring the change we wish to see in the world.

We are visitors on this planet… during that period we must try to do something good, something useful with our lives. If you can contribute to other people’s happiness, you will find the true goal, the true meaning of life.

Theme: Inner Illumination

The Moon is joining Neptune for a couple of days to increase our intuition and sensitivities. Mercury and Sun Trine these two planets increasing our discussion and expression of these qualities. Poetry, music , art and spirituality are top of the agenda for you over the next few days. Theme: Expansive Altruism

Sun and Mercury are conjunct, bringing clarity and sharpness of mind. A day for interchange of ideas and sharing from personal experience. Neptune in aspect to the Sun brings forth our idealism and compassion, with a strong desire to understand the nature of reality. Meditation is very beneficial today.

Theme: A Lot Going On

Many intense aspects today that can bring challenges to emotions and communications. At times you will feel a strong urge to withdraw and retreat from emotional unrest. Particularly, you or others may get obsessed with ideas. Avoid discussing politics and remain open minded. It is beneficial to study the mind and one’s reactions deeply and can result in spiritual life changes.

Our minds are totally unpredictable, just like plants during the summer rains: all kinds of thoughts, both good and bad spring up…. Dharma is about trying to decrease thoughts and subdue our mind.

The Moon moves into Sagittarius, bringing a sense of expansion, a desire for freedom and the wish to travel. The mind is more engaged in philosophical inquiry and open to all ideas and walks of life. The Sun sextile Uranus also supports this with encounters with friends or acquaintances that are illuminating, taking us out of our normal sphere. Theme: It’s Such a Perfect Day

A Water Grand Trine of Sun, Moon and Neptune soothes our day, bringing enrichment on an emotional level. We gain nourishment from stillness and rest. Our compassion and empathy is apparent and a wish for healing of others arises easily. It is a perfect time to meditate on loving kindness towards others.

If we understood the full implications of compassion on the many different levels that it exists, we would think compassion is not only desirable, but essential. There is no life without compassion.

Theme: Power Sharing

The Moon moves into Scorpio bringing intensity of feelings and sometimes turbulent emotions. It forms a loose T-square involving Pluto and Mars which increases the potential for discord and power struggles. Even though there is a desire for secrecy, if feelings are shared with honesty it will be easier to penetrate underlying motives and have deeper insight into challenging situations.
