Finally! Today Mercury goes direct, but really it stations as it appears to turn around. So expect things to start improving around relations and communication. By the time Mercury enters Libra on the 11th it will have returned to its normal speed.
Venus, Moon and Jupiter all play a role in bringing pleasant social connections and enjoying being with friends. The worst problem you might have all day is overeating! Excessive indulgence and pleasure of the senses could also affect your credit rating. Be that as it may, Mercury going direct is worth celebrating.

There is a New Moon today in Libra. A time of renewal, starting new projects and generally new beginnings. Libra of course places the focus on relationships, and Venus and Mercury are also conjoined the Moon, increasing communication of love and feelings. This may well be with someone you’re intimately involved with or meeting for the first time. It can also be focused personally, investigating and exploring the depths of your emotions internally. Theme: Life of Service or Self-serving

The focus is on relationships today with Sun in Libra opposing Jupiter in Aries and the need to find balance in optimism versus overindulgence, self confidence versus arrogance. Venus and Moon both oppose Neptune, which can bring in romantic feelings and unrealistic ideals. There’s the potential to feel disappointed or betrayed due to confusion and misunderstandings. If we can overcome our desire for service to self and transform it through service to others we can transcend the challenges of this transit.

Mercury retrograde has just slipped back into Virgo for a visit joining Venus and the Moon. Mercury retrograde is introspective and with Virgo’s help is analytical. How are you fulfilling your desire for service to others? Are you staying true to your heart’s calling? Theme: Still Moon on the Lake

With Saturn transiting the Moon it’s easier keeping one’s emotions under control. Patience is a key word for Saturn’s influence, building strength. It is easy to reflect on one’s emotions but no need to express them to others. We often feel the need to “talk things out,” but often deeper transformation comes through inner reflection and reserve.
