A favorable change is headed your way and something you’ve worked on for a long time is taking form.
It’s larger and more comprehensive than you expected, but that’s fine. Accept a financial offering or bonus that comes your way and be grateful. A happy moment with a partner perks things up and generates a cheerful mood, but be careful to keep private matters private. A hidden force is lurking in the shadows, waiting for inattentive people. Keep your attention focused on your surroundings. Webster’s New World Dictionary defines cautious as, “Careful to avoid danger.” What’s good today? Exciting conversations, new ideas, creative thinking, space travel, mechanical devices and physical activity.

Don’t push if something doesn’t work, back off and take another route to avoid an obstacle. Flexibility is important now that things are changing so fast. Keep an open mind and flow with whatever comes your way. The Talmud says, “Who is wise? He who learns from all men.” It’s a great time to take in information, to expand your horizons and to entertain new partnership options. Go for a drive, to a lecture, on an airplane flight or to a scientific convention. Love is good, partners expand your thinking and life is fun.

A confusing moment comes this morning when you can’t decide whether to go to work or stay in bed. Consider your financial obligations and you’ll know what choice to make. The Sun and Moon are in favorable aspect today, reflecting the stability and groundedness of the day. Everything to do with subterranean matters and hidden things is excellent: mining, tunnels, submarines, safe deposit boxes. Secrets are helpful and someone you didn’t know existed can step forward and give you invaluable information or assistance. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.” Yes, new ways of thinking- thoughts like flashes of lightning- keep coming your way and the more you accept the new, the better.

Workaholics unite, today is your day! Satisfaction comes from a job well done and keeping things in order is calming, which you need given the lightning-like pace of thinking and activity nowadays. Feel like you’re running a marathon? You are. Work is going well and thinking is lazer-like in focus and inventiveness. Thich Nhat Hahn said, “If we take something to be the truth, we may cling to it so much that even if the truth comes and knocks at our door, we won’t let it in. We must learn to transcend our own views.” Fortunately, the Sun and Neptune are in favorable aspect, meaning you can pretty much relax and zone out anywhere. Five minute cat nap, five minute meditation, and you’re good to go! Partnership is wonderful, talk is stimulating and financial matters go well.

Use the strength of planets in fire signs to ignite projects that have gone dormant: Mercury goes direct today and it’s time to move ahead again. Brian Tracy said, “Do one small thing immediately-often this is all you need to do to get started.” The Sun and Neptune are friendly, suggesting it’s a good time to go for a swim, a sail, or a float. Neptune, the cosmic healer, can set anything right: cure your disease, your malaise, your problem. It’s an electric time and unheard of ideas have a chance of working! Happily, a stable financial element underlies all the excitement today, keeping everything grounded.

The planets of brilliance and stability are joining forces to bring something new into being. Be sure to include participants of different ages. Stewart Brand said, “When a generation talks just to itself, it becomes more filled with folly than it might have otherwise.” Discuss-theorize and consider-but wait to make major policy decisions: the wheel of change is still turning and something new could intervene in the meantime. Your brilliant financial plan can be implemented tomorrow. What’s good? partnership, imagination, inspiration and using your magnetism to brighten someone else’s life.

Men are distantly pleasant and the heavy lifting of the day falls to women. The solution lies in brilliant thought which has no gender identification. Listen to every idea on the table without questioning the source because a surprising solution comes from a surprising direction, and it’s a good one. Rose Fyleman said, “There are fairies at the bottom of our garden!” Well, ok, if a fairie gives you special information use it, but keep your source confidential. This unusual day is chock full of opportunities provided you have the eyes to see them. Go shopping when you need a break, your secret confidante gives good purchasing advice. Mercury’s still retrograde; if it seems you’ve lost your mind it’ll come back soon!

Nostalgia appears today, drawing a bit of moodiness into the atmosphere. Story telling can wander into reminiscence. (“My mother baked wonderful pies!”). Use memory as a tool where appropriate, but let your meander through the past serve the present, not the past. Food is a good solution if you’re overtaken
by emotion: grumpy people need to eat and a light snack solves everything. Henry David Thoreau said, “A man may esteem himself happy when that which is his food is also his medicine.” What’s good? Brilliant intellectual interchanges, a go-get-em attitude and friendly potential partners. Just remember to bring a snack with you everywhere you go.

This is a great day to give a speech, teach a class or chat with everyone you know. People who talk or think for a living have over-the-top brilliance at their fingertips. Do remember to stick to your subject, however, if you veer off into other areas (“I’m here to discuss the irrigation system, but let me tell you about my dietary habits”) you’ll find yourself in trouble. The more you stay on message, the better things go, so focus. Rob Gilbert said, “It’s all right to have butterflies in your stomach. Just get them to fly in formation.” Use the bit of anxiety to improve your game. What’s good? A joyous attitude that makes everything seem like an adventure, exchange of ideas, brilliant thinking, and people on offer as potential partners. Wait a couple of days before making a final decision about new prospects.

Make a special effort to learn about new technological devices but don’t buy anything until May 3. A backward look is beneficial and something you were incapable of understanding in the past becomes clear. “Now I know what happened!” A Eureka moment. The past can be understood and rectified if you take a clear look from all sides. Ignore those who say it’s over, no need for review. Awareness helps you move forward. Helen Keller said, “I don’t want the peace which passeth understanding. I want the understanding which bringeth peace.” An unfavorable response to a communication warns you to stop talking and smile! This is a great day to go for a walk, a bike ride, a drive or a chat with friends. Bouncy energy is fun and everyone feels like socializing.
