Theme: Transform your life

As Pluto and Mars continue to be in close harmony this flow of energy supports making positive changes. At the same time Neptune is draining our energy a bit and can contribute to deceitful action. Besides Mercury four other planets are retrograde. Generally, this is a time for research and finishing old projects. The time of year for starting anew is the upcoming winter and spring.

Theme: A Breather from Stress

The challenges from yesterday continue: Mars square the Sun and Neptune. So beware of anger and discouragement. But today the Moon is trining first Mercury, then the Sun and then Neptune. So emotionally we are more at peace, particularly in the middle third of the day. Venus and Mars are exactly 60 degrees apart today, which helps balance our assertive and relational energy. The Moon forms a yod with those two planets in the evening bring back some stress.

Theme: Energy, Anger, and Discouragement

Mars is at a challenging angle to Neptune and the Sun. On the one hand we have extra vigor. Yet the Neptune-Mars square can zap our energy, if we are ego driven. This is really an excellent opportunity for prayer, meditation and compassionate action, if we can be patient and truly altruistic. The Moon is in Scorpio for two days giving us penetrating insight. Just know when to be gentle and when to lighten up.

Theme: Organizing the Mystical?

Saturn, the planet of pragmatism and restriction, has entered Pisces, the sign of mystical transcendence. This will be a challenging 2 1/2 years. The best approach is to make practical changes in our prayer, meditation and compassionate actions. The pitfalls are despair, cynicism and cruelty. The Moon is at the apex of a yod with Mercury and Uranus in the middle third of the day. Be patient with ourselves and others as we negotiate our emotional, subconscious side.

Theme: Stimulating

As the Sun approaches exactly 60 degrees from Uranus our minds are stimulated today. We can learn more than usual from everyday encounters. This is a day to act freely, not to be painstakingly disciplined. There is a nice balance in the 4 elements that the planets are in now. But there is a focus on spiritual surrender, Pisces, and immediate action, Aries. Can we act according to our values today?

Theme: Well-Being

Especially in the middle of the day, the Moon is trine Jupiter, which is a very beneficial transit. We are broadminded, tolerant and generous. The restricting effect that Saturn had on our thinking and communication has lifted today as well. Our energy shifts late in the day as the Moon squares Uranus. We will be hastier, and jump to conclusions. We will also crave excitement.

Theme: Curiosity and Imagination

For several days the Sun sextiles Uranus which brings new discoveries to our daily encounters. This is a time for free thinking and making changes to our environment. For 2 and 1/2 weeks Mercury is now in Pisces, which also stimulates our imagination and ability to be compassionate. The pitfall is in thinking and communicating what you want to be true, being caught up in fantasy. Finally, the Moon enters Leo in the middle of the day so take some time for play or creativity if possible.

Theme: Shallow but Deep

The Moon enters chatty, sometimes superficial Gemini in the middle of the day. Yet it is trining Pluto at this time which indicates a desire for depth. The next few days is generally a time to be lighthearted and even pull pranks, but especially in the middle of the day, our emotions are more intense than usual. We should deal with our feelings, but avoid obsessiveness. The part of fortune indicates a sudden, beneficial change in our lives in the mid morning.

Theme: Impulsive

Peaking at mid morning, the Moon unites with Uranus. This gives us impetus to act rashly and for our moods to change rapidly. Can we step back and not do anything that we will regret later? This is not the time to work on any project that requires patience. But in the evening our emotions will stabilize. All the planets, the Sun and Moon are within about 150 degrees of the 360 degrees possible. The focal point of this energy concentration is Venus in Aries and Neptune in Pisces. Practice love and compassion courageously now.

Theme: Nurturing

The astroid Ceres is in a powerful position, exactly opposite Venus, and at the apex of a yod with the Sun and the Moon. There is some stress between romance and nurturing for the next 3 days. Do we have enough compassion? The harmony especially in the middle of the day between the Sun and Moon means that we have inner peace. We are able to balance the needs of ourselves and others, and accomplish our goals with less stress than usual.
