Theme: The waning light of the Moon…

As the Moon wanes it’s time to seek completions and spend more time in contemplation and reflection. There is insight and optimism today as the Moon is situated between Jupiter and the White Moon. The Sun has moved into Libra focusing attention in the next month on diplomacy, harmony and friendships. Important decisions hang in the balance during this time: which is the best path forward? The Moon conjunct Chiron today signals an emotional healing time of a past event. Take the opportunity to delve into what this might be. The past is not a foreign country and now, more than usual, it is close-by. There are also more synchronicities than usual with this aspect. Theme: Action stations!

The Moon moves into Aries today bringing a forthright, direct, ‘let’s do it’ energy into play. In combination with the Sun in Virgo it’s about getting things done. Continue to take advantage of Mercury in Virgo and it’s capacity to deal with the fine print and communicate details. You will have more helping hands today in your endeavors. You also benefit from some retreat time for contemplation and clarification purposes. Venus in Libra continues to provide a silver lining in relationship to others.

Theme: Finding the balance

Today, the Moon in Pisces is sandwiched between Saturn and Neptune, two of the most opposite of planets energetically speaking. Saturn rules the material plane: structure, foundations and cause and effect while Neptune rules the unconscious, suffering and compassion, both fear and the capacity for transcendence. Today you seek to find a balance between these qualities which manifests ordinarily as needing to be practical yet open-hearted, not give into negative emotions and yet seeing that nothing is ordinary, ultimately we’re all interconnected.

Theme: Steady accomplishment

As the Sun pulls away from its opposition to Saturn the brakes are pressed more gently. It’s been a time when progress is made. Now the next stage is dealing with the Sun square Jupiter which brings both optimism and a tendency for over-reach. Relationships are at the forefront right now, to the extent that they bear investigation. It’s a good time to clean out the cupboard of its shadows and projections onto others.

Theme: Easing of restrictions

As the Sun pulls away from it’s opposition to Saturn external impediments to activities start to ease. Having said that the Moon forms a T-Square to this opposition so perhaps today is not the day to kick the traces. In other words, there is some unsettlement before settlement. Healing and health remain themes while the Sun remains in Virgo. Venus in Libra continues to offer a counterpoint to challenges elsewhere, proving a silver lining in even the most difficult of situations.
