Worker bees buzz about enthusiastically as leaders issue instructions that are completely misunderstood. Huh? If you are the leader and people around you aren’t doing what you want, back up and clearly state the agenda. Wrong instructions and misunderstanding are everywhere. The image of a relay race where all the runners take off at once describes the situation. The coach forgot to say “One at a time, and wait for the hand off.” Relax, laugh it off and begin again. Don’t assume anything today. What’s good? A zippy energy that’s willing to do anything. Hard work that moves things forward, once you’ve got it right, happiness and a bouncy good-natured energy that takes everything in stride.
