A stabilizing force appears and leaders move toward the favorable resolution of a problem. Emotion and pride drive the agenda today. Feeling disrespected? Everyone is! The task of the day is setting aside your grievances (“You ate my lunch!”) and complimenting others on good qualities ( “You saved the day!”). This is more difficult than it sounds, and more productive. By afternoon someone makes an electrifying decision, one that generates happiness. Andy Warhol said, “They say that time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.” Happiness exists independent of events; use yours to brighten the world around you.
