Theme: A Lot Going On
Many intense aspects today that can bring challenges to emotions and communications. At times you will feel a strong urge to withdraw and retreat from emotional unrest. Particularly, you or others may get obsessed with ideas. Avoid discussing politics and remain open minded. It is beneficial to study the mind and one’s reactions deeply and can result in spiritual life changes.
Our minds are totally unpredictable, just like plants during the summer rains: all kinds of thoughts, both good and bad spring up…. Dharma is about trying to decrease thoughts and subdue our mind.
