Theme: Mental Energy
The need for patience concerning communications with others continues today. Mental and intellectual energy is at a rare peak. So channel this power productively. Isolating from others can exacerbate depressive tendencies. Also, use this day to get to the bottom of problems. Thus with patience I will strive with diligence. For in such diligence enlightenment is found. ~ Shantideva
