A leader makes an appearance, stabilizing an uncertain situation and happiness is the perk of the day. Smile at everyone you meet and offer a kind word in every exchange. The entire day revolves around communication, but material matters are not favored. Buy ideas but not things, go shopping another time. If you aren’t talking, reading or thinking you’re missing out. Be alert to impairment in yourself and others, and exercise the utmost caution as you move about; avoid anyone speeding or behaving erratically. This is a wonderful day to dress up and attend a fancy function, to call our family and friends and reminisce, and to write your memoirs. Interactions with children are especially satisfying. Shakespeare said, “I count myself in nothing else so happy/ As in a soul remembering
my good friends.”
