A reasonable person steps up and makes decisions. This person is blessed with stable thinking and is unflappable, presenting a contrast to the wild energy of the times. A conversation with a powerful figure effectively seals a deal and gives your plan the stamp of approval. Elsewhere, hotheads and excitable people are pressing for a different agenda, which can also succeed, but you must keep two projects separate. Your job is to figure out which is which.
