Theme: Rising tides
With the full moon today our emotional responses are heightened. It’s a day to draw breath to help you avoid being overly reactive. Pent up frustrations come to the surface more easily. Generosity, and working productively with one’s own suffering can provide the opportunity to move more easily through the day. The world is your teacher. It will be all around you.
