You must take action, and you need to be careful. Be assertive, and go to the source. Moshe Dayan said, “If you want to make peace, you don’t talk to your friends. You talk to your enemies.” Are you surrounding yourself, safely, with people who think you’re right about everything? Check with people who don’t agree with you, and you’ll have a clearer picture of what needs to be done.
