Perhaps you just made a serious decision. Don’t worry. It was a good one! Emotional volatility is in the air, and if you feel disturbed or angry after speaking with someone, consider that the other person is upset. Beware of taking on the concerns of others, stick to your own. Beware of being recruited as a soldier in somebody’s grudge war. Be sympathetic, however. You’ve been there, or you will be there eventually. George Bernard Shaw said, “Everything happens to everybody sooner or later.”
