Motor mouth day! You talk, talk, talk, hoping to explain how you really feel. Notice how you keep telling everyone the same thing, or else you keep hearing the same thing. You are attempting to solve an emotional situation with words. If you say something once, you have given information. If you keep saying the same thing, something else is going on. Think carefully about what you want to communicate and you will be able to say the right thing to the right person. You will feel relieved.
