Theme: Finding friends

The Moon is in Aquarius encouraging friendship, community and spontaneity. There is an urge for both freedom and invention today. As the Moon moves over Venus, also in Aquarius, there is joy in group activity. Mars opposite Pluto continues to remind us of the dangers of not addressing the underlying causes of anger an individual and at a global level. The cultivation of patience, deep listening and developing insight can transform this energy.

Theme: Challenges

With the new year beginning Mars opposite Pluto there are likely to be upheavals as power structures and powerful people are challenged by the collective will. It’s important to work towards developing a peaceful and stable mind to diminish the tension in one’s own sphere. Neptune and Saturn slowly move into Aries in March and May respectively which will enable more clarity in seeing how things really are – and yet create challenges in balancing our spiritual and practical needs. Nevertheless there is the prospect of giving life to our inner vision.
