Theme: Balancing the elements

With the Moon and Sun, and other planets in Aries and Pisces respectively the elements of Fire and Water predominate for the next few days – but it’s not easy! The challenge is to stay true to your heart and feelings and yet, focus on initiating activity and being assertive. But beware, the result of fire and water together can generate a lot of steam! The transit of the Moon today illuminates where you feel vulnerable and yet, offers a way forward.

Theme: The Beginning of an Action Cycle

It is still predominately a Pisces day, of prayer meditation, and selfless action or fantasy, delusion and deception. But Mercury is now in Aries and will be for over two months (because of the Mercury retrograde cycle in the first 3 weeks of April). We think and communicate with more speed and expedience now. “Just do it!” The new Moon happens early today, which enhances the benefits of starting anew.

Theme: Prayer, Meditation and Selfless Action

Now the Moon has joined Mercury, Neptune, the Sun and Saturn in Pisces, the sign of transcending the self. We will experience some loneliness and restriction especially in the middle of the day as the Moon and Saturn are tightly united. But they are sextile to Jupiter which mitigates this. It continues to be a time of highly concentrated energy as all 10 major celestial bodies are within 108 degrees out of the 360 degrees possible.

Theme: Artistic or Delusional?

With Mercury exactly conjunct Neptune early in the day, we have enhanced creativity, and compassion. Or we can be caught in fantasy, seeing only what we want to see. Be careful in communication for a few more days. Sometimes it is best too say nothing. There are 4 major celestial energies in Pisces, 4 in Aquarius, and 2 in Taurus. So the themes are compassion, spirituality, humanitarianism, originality, practicality and beauty.

Theme: Connecting to your inner path

The Moon’s transit activates Mars and Venus which means that on the one hand your emotional triggers are heightened, but on the other hand means you have more tools to navigate challenges, with good results. Your dreams maybe more significant at this time, bringing messages in them. Big changes are on the cards as Jupiter moves closer to Uranus. When change comes be flexible and responsive, but don’t exaggerate the scope.

Theme: Change is unavoidable!

The Moon moves into Aquarius today prompting a change in your daily routine and inviting new community connections. Mercury conjunct Neptune in Pisces makes communications very fluffy. Even if you’re absolutely sure what you said it will be heard differently. It’s important to be very careful and moderate in your speech at this time. Theme: Building giving bridges

The Moon is close-by the asteroid Ceres today shining a light on how we nourish ourselves and care for others. With the Moon in Capricorn the focus is on practical outcomes. Capricorn Moon and Pisces Sun invite us to draw on our respective spirituality or spiritual tradition to operate in the world. With Jupiter continuing to be at right angles to Venus and Mars the pressure on relationships increases as there are many things to accomplish right now.

Before eating, we can look at dishes on the table and breathe in and out to see if this food and drink is good for us and whether eating it will harm or help develop our compassion.~Thich Nhat Hahn

Theme: Possibilities

The Sun is moving away from Saturn. That’s a relief. And Mercury is pulling away from the Sun making communications a tad clearer. While there are challenges today with the Moon squaring the Sun, making the life-work balance difficult, there is a harmonious connection between the Moon and the Venus/Mars conjunction. So overall the news it good but still there are tests along the way.

Theme: Excitement in Relationships

Venus square Uranus is almost exact today indicating that we crave excitement in our close relationships. The excitement theme is augmented by Mercury sextile Uranus for a few days. This is a particularly good time to tackle old problems with a fresh perspective. The study of science, technology, astrology and the occult are favored. Emotionally there is tension in the middle of the day as the Moon squares the Sun.

Theme: Thinking Big

The stellium of the Sun, Mercury and Saturn is sextile to Jupiter today. Besides being broadminded, we are optimistic and “lucky”. We can work well with others, even those in authority today. And this is a good time for higher learning, studying religion, philosophy and long distance travel. The Moon enters Sagittarius in the middle of the day, and is sextile to Pluto. We feel deeply, and wish to get to the bottom of issues.
