Theme: Never give up!

The Sun forms a Grand Cross with Pluto and the Moon’s Nodes – bringing an opportunity and strength to one’s resolve – and energy to continue. Pluto is renowned, energetically speaking, for being a force of nature and unrelenting but it’s bestows a survivor’s instinct in the face of the most difficult and trying circumstances. Theme: A wake-up call

With the Moon conjunct Mars and the asteroid Pallas-Athena – and all three opposite Saturn you have to face the music of your own actions. Even though it’s jarring and uncomfortable the outcome can be very positive. You can learn from your past actions. Humor is also helpful turning angst into laughter, as long as it comes from a good place. You spiritual path anchors you today and you gain insight.

Theme: Integrate, Think

With the Moon conjunct Mercury you can put your thinking cap on today and problem solve domestic issues. Mars and Saturn continue to be directly opposite one another. The intensity and difficulty of this opposition is tied in more potently today with the T-Square to the asteroid Astraea. Astraea invites us to synthesize our ideals through finding a sublime inner balance. With Mars and Saturn involved you may feel fragmented and pessimistic with what life brings. However, Astraea offers us the possibility of re-constituting ourselves in order to better align ourselves with virtuous ideals and therefore attain them, in spite of the barriers.

Theme: A great opportunity, sort of…

With the Moons nodes heavily engaged with Pluto, Venus and Neptune this is an important ‘clearing house’ time in respect of karma. Whatever difficulties have been generated in the past can now be addressed through your access to spiritual tools and your capacity to respond to wise advice. You can grasp opportunities that you may not have wished to in the past because the opportunities were too unfamiliar. Now is the time to make friends with the unfamiliar.

Theme: Continuity

Some things stay they same and right now there continues to be a lack of the element air – meaning impartiality and decision making are harder to achieve and interpreting others behavior is proving more challenging. The Pluto square to the Nodes continues to ripen deeply ingrained habitual patterns to the point where you just have to change or be forced to change. Today the Sun and Moon form a a grand square to the Pluto square to the Nodes adding more vibrant energy into the change equation and bringing a level of optimism to seemingly intractable issues.

With the Moon in Cancer sextile Jupiter there is a generosity of spirit in the day that includes both giving and receiving. As both the Sun and Moon are in Cancer there is also an emphasis on the inner imagination, nurturing, and understanding what feeling at home really means. Water signs like Cancer are the most sensitive of the zodiac and are more prone, than other signs, to self-protection. With the sign of Cancer so emphasized explore dropping your guard and opening your heart.

Theme: Directions

You are being pointed in specific directions. It may feel like fate but it’s more like things have been heading that way and now you see more clearly the path ahead. You are more at peace with the challenges and changes that you are experiencing. The art of balance is helpful, along with inner discipline and the support of good friends. Knowing that things are constantly changing you can adopt a posture that accommodates change more easily.

Theme: Unpredictability
