Theme: Discriminating Awareness

The Moon has moved into Virgo bringing a focus on details and sometimes exacting standards. The flip side of being a detail zealot is discriminating awareness and what to really focus on. In other words move up an octave and focus what’s most important and beneficial rather than most irritating. With the Moon also square Mars today the irritability factor is significantly increased bringing a great opportunity to watch your mind but not necessarily act or react outwardly.

The tough heart still trembles with fear of being harmed, whereas the brave heart can pardon aggressive acts and move on. If you can do this, decency is aroused in other people and they lay down their arms.~Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche

Theme: Incisiveness

With Mercury hot on the tail of Pluto expect some in-depth conversations and decisions over the next few days. You can uncover truths you didn’t see before. The Moon is opposite Saturn bringing a feeling of limited options. But if you work at seemingly intransigent issues you can see a way forward, particularly if you’re prepared to be innovative. Find time to feel uplifted by activities that put you in touch with your heart.

Theme: Insight or Incite

The full Moon happens just after mid day and has a powerful twist. Uranus is at the apex of the “T-square” indicating a tendency to make our own rules. Will we be beneficial or will we cause problems? The key is to continue with yesterday’s advice and empathize with others. Step back and pray or meditate to cope with the extra tension that rises to the surface today.

Theme: Speak Softly and Carry a Big Heart

For several days Mercury is sextile to Neptune. Besides enhancing our imagination, we are more in tune with others than usual. This is an excellent time for mystical study, prayer, meditation and compassionate action. In the mid morning the Moon enters Leo. This supports our creativity and we will benefit from some play time. Speak softly in close relationships to mitigate the challenge between Venus and Mars.

Theme: A Square Meal

Some of what we have to eat today is the peak of the square between the Sun and Uranus. Sudden difficulties or even accidents are likely. Yet Neptune is in a positive place with our emotions and our thinking and communicating. This favors prayer, meditation and compassionate action. Maybe we will receive this energy when we need it. Theme: Break out

With the Sun closing in on the square with Uranus it’s an opportunity to break out beyond the strictures and constraints that give you security. You can take more risks with expressing yourself and doing things differently. Feelings of instability become a channel for change also in regard to your sense of purpose. Your physical energy fluctuates at this time. Continue to take opportunities to be generous.
