Theme: Feelings or Thoughts?

The Moon has entered Aquarius and unites with Mercury for the second half of the day. There is a blending of thoughts and emotions. This is a good time to talk about feelings because they are not as intense as at other times. Friendship, freedom, and humanitarianism are strong themes for the next few days. Theme: Restriction and Optimism

For a couple of more days we are restricted by Saturn. We can get our responsibilities handled now if we are careful. Mercury is sextile Jupiter for a few days which bolsters our mood. We can plan effectively, and we can pursue legal matters, religion, philosophy and long distance travel with unusual success. Especially in the second half of the day we are very empathetic and should pursue prayer and meditation.

Theme: The Getting of Wisdom

There is a silver lining to Saturn conjunct the Sun and that is that you are able to respond wisely to situations based on your life experience. In that sense Saturn is associated with the wisdom that comes with age. Aspects to Mercury provide an opportunity to think skillfully and flexibly about conundrums and barriers. Having a view of the bigger picture is helpful right now.

Theme: Opportunity

With a harmonious trine between the Moon and Jupiter and a sublime connection between Venus and Neptune you can draw on a well of nourishment that can manifest as opportunity in the outer world and meaningful reflective moments in the inner world. This aspect is also a powerful call to be of benefit to others. Combined with the Moon in Sagittarius there is much room for optimism today- although of course you will have to brave the odd foot in mouth moment.

Theme: Heart Door Opens, Other Doors Shut

For several days Venus unites with Neptune and the Sun unites with Saturn. The former is an opportunity to love selflessly, or to be disappointed in a relationship not living up to ones ideals. It also favors prayer, meditation and creativity. The Sun-Saturn combination indicates dealing with responsibilities and having less freedom than usual. Energy levels will be lower so plan carefully to fulfill ones duties.

Theme: Innovative Thinking

Today Mercury enters Aquarius for 3 weeks, where it is considered “exalted”. We can think outside the box, and focus on humanitarian issues. Mercury is still conjunct Pluto, which also helps us to get to the bottom of any issues that have been a problem. The Moon enters its detriment sign, Scorpio, just after mid day. Turn towards prayer, meditation and compassionate action to balance any heavy emotional issues that come up in the next few days.

As the Sun approaches Saturn you feel the walls closing in and demands to adhere to plans and existing structure. So if you’re an unstructured kind of person you will definitely find this challenging. However, everyone can benefit from working with what you have in this moment. Teachings from your elders have particularly resonance at this time. The Moon moves into Libra today bringing the balm of diplomacy to interactions.
