Theme: Give Peace a Chance

Although Mercury is still involved with the T-square mentioned previously, Moon in Virgo is in a positive aspect to Mars/Uranus. Venus also is in a beneficial aspect to Mars/Uranus which means a softening of feelings and volatile emotions even if communications are still tense. President Xi’s comment “Those who play with fire will perish with fire,” was a perfect display of Friday’s transits, but now that the emotion is taken out of it, we will probably see a more pragmatic approach even if the communication is still threatening.

At times like these it’s important that we calm our minds and be the peace we all seek.

Theme: Some Movement

The T-square from yesterday is still operating, but the Moon has moved into Virgo bringing a more earthy pragmatic approach to emotions. Emotional security comes through analysis and applying definite, concrete outcomes. Serving others will be of key importance in resolution. There is a potential to be paralyzed by self doubt and overanalysis which in turn can lead to feelings of isolation and depression. When possible, act when decisions are made.

Theme: Wild Fires

The intensity of this time, not just today, cannot be understated. There is an ongoing conjunction of Mars, Uranus and the North Node which is affecting all of us globally and most of us personally. These 3 are square to Saturn ongoing also. Today Moon and Mercury are conjunct also and opposing Saturn and square the other 3 to form a double T- square. The Moon in Leo can provide the fire to expressing what we really feel– and due to Saturn– have been holding back. As the frustration has been mounting, Uranus/Mars can bring about sudden outbursts of anger and will definitely bring change, but maybe not what we bargained for. Accidents are highly likely under these transits. Be careful and stay safe.

With the Moon square Jupiter and Mercury square Mars it’s a case of swapping feet to see which communication blunder competes for the winner take all award. With both the Moon and Venus in Cancer sensitivity is heightened. Leo pride makes it hard to apologize for any words said, that no how well meaning, land you in hot water. Theme: Returning home

With the Moon moving into Cancer you have the opportunity to review what home means to you and find a way to mother yourself. Memories and the past have more of a hold on you. With Venus in Cancer people are sensitive and retain more information. In other words it’s a good placement for remembering and nurturing, but adds complexity to relationships. The Sun in Leo is a good foil for Cancer in encouraging us to tread confidently but more lightly in the world.

Theme: Transforming Anger

The transit today of Mercury square Mars is difficult to navigate. Communications with others could be challenging. Either or both of you loudly proclaiming strong beliefs that can be met with strong resistance and potentially result in arguments. Even if not between people, you may experience a pent-up rage. Theme: True Change

Sun is in the last minutes of Cancer opposing Pluto in Capricorn and requesting we change on a personal level. With Mars starting to conjunct Uranus we are feeling the build up of tension and frustration as we look to change to come externally, particularly related to our values. That may be climate change, women’s rights or about institutions needing to change, but true change must come for each of us individually to bring the change we wish to see in the world.
