My visit with His Eminence Mugsang Rinpoche is over now. I feel such love for him. We talked about KPC and long range plans and programs.

I’ve dedicated my intention to accomplishing Empowerments, hopefully in English. I hope to become most proficient in Palyul ritual and Sadhana and look forward to the excellent Lamas and tutors lined up. KPC will grow strong and be a precious refuge for all beings.

Now His Eminence Mugsang Rinpoche goes back to California and His Holiness Karma Kuchen Rinpoche is in India. Monlam is soon. They are Pure Throneholders, EH MA HO! So Precious!

Group, friendship or mechanical issues compel your attention. Today you can come up with a solution that solves a long standing problem. Your thinking is involved in “we” and “us” and what is best for the group. Long term planning is excellent. At the same time, the planet of forward action has turned around and is going backward. Be prepared to spend several months methodically going back over and re-working issues you’ve already handled. Dug a ditch? Be ready to dig it again! Went through your entire taxes? Get ready to do it again! The sweetener is that your work is detailed, specific, precise and better than the first time. See yourself as Michelangelo, painting the perfect picture. No amount of work is too much when the end product will stand for the ages. Will Durant said “Forget past mistakes, forget failures. Forget everything except what you’re going to do now and do it.”

The daily astrology post affects everyone. Because individual charts vary, the circumstances outlined in the post will affect people differently. Some will feel this energy in the personal arena, some in finances, some with children or family, some in work and so forth. There are many departments of life. An exchange or get together with others may have worn you out. You’re over-stimulated and not ready for the day. You feel like “all the seven dwarfs at once.” But alas, the day is ready for you. Here it is! Set aside the wish to be with friends or to rework issues from the past. An enjoyable time can make you unfit for daily activities, unwilling for the discussion to stop. In a different arena, your mind is sharp and your work is excellent. As you move through the tasks of the day you feel great. Health issues can be swiftly resolved and a slow moving project is coming into being. Quiet time in meditation or with loved ones is wonderful, but you need to pull away from other demands, from thinking of what others need to do. Leo Tolstoy said “Everybody thinks of changing humanity and nobody thinks of changing himself.”

The right thing is said to the right person and a goal is born. Good. Act promptly on information you receive, and finish up any leftover work early in the day. Obstacles arise later on. You either can’t finish or don’t feel like finishing a job. All eyes are on a leader’s predicament. You would like the situation to change, but it won’t just yet. Behave in a dignified manner today. You may be called upon to judge a situation or to give advice. Don’t do this in your bathrobe. Elsewhere, exciting changes in groups get things moving. Friends appear, and a new direction is possible. Tend to the sick and respect people’s feelings. Important things are happening. Wilma Rudolph said “Sometimes it takes years to really grasp what has happened to your life.”

A friend appears who is inspiring, magnetic and “over the top.” You are excited, full of new ideas and ready to move ahead. Proceed carefully. Two paths appear: the first is something brand new and represents a true opportunity. It’s a bit daunting. The second seems just perfect, and you are super excited and sure it’s the right one. Watch it, the second path is a dead end. Your job is to distinguish the difference between the two. Machines and all things relating to space and technology are great. Elsewhere, meditation, art and all behind the scenes activities are wonderful. A loving physician or caring person is just what the doctor ordered. Good medicine is present today if you leave your comfort zone and seek it out. Karen Kaiser Clark said “Life is change. Growth is optional. Choose wisely.”

Every Time

It is really not healthy to get so upset constantly. Not for body and not for mind. If one has some practice or Dharma teaching, these can easily be overcome in one’s meditation.

The trick is to actually apply what one knows, rather than react like a child in a snowball game. I feel a good sign of adulthood is to cope well, and take responsibility for one’s actions. To assume one has a part in the drama. In fact, our dramas always begin and end with our own habitual tendencies. One cannot blame the environment, it is all within. Every bit of phenomena’s display actually occurs within.

For instance the FBI lost the case in which I am victim. So what. I’ll keep me and mine safe, somehow. I’ll deal. It is samsara, and we must bear it. So I deal, no? And what (or who) doesn’t kill me will make me strong.

Anyone who has born a heavy burdon will attest to that. You grow up. You bear it. And you become strong. This is an opportunity for me I must accept. I will. My heart is big and my shoulders very strong. I’ll just do what it takes. Every time.
